Pacific Crest Services Welcomes Insurance Industry Veteran Patrick Williams as Head of Agency Relations

Eagle, ID – 7/31/2026 – Pacific Crest Services (PCS), a national insurance alliance dedicated to helping captive agents transition to independence and helping independent insurance agents grow and thrive, is proud to announce the addition of Patrick Williams as its new Head of Agency Relations.

Patrick brings over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning direct carrier, super regional carrier, and insurance network organizations. He began his career at Farmers Insurance, a direct carrier, before moving to Plymouth Rock Assurance, a super regional carrier. He then joined Agency Network Exchange and, most recently, Renaissance Alliance, both insurance networks, where he held a wide range of roles including Customer Service Representative, Agency Operations and Owner, Marketing Specialist, Territory Manager, Regional Director, Member Success Partner, and Vice President, Member Success. In his most recent role, Patrick managed a $1.7 billion premium region for an insurance network of over 120 independent agencies, helping those agencies achieve maximum growth and drive revenue.

  • Identify new market opportunities and product solutions for independent agents.
  • Enhance value propositions for both agents and carrier partners.
  • Support agents transitioning from captive to independent status with carrier access and expertise.

A Marlton, New Jersey native, Patrick brings his industry expertise to Pacific Crest Services. When not focused on advancing the independent agent channel, he enjoys golfing, reading history and finance books, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Pacific Crest Services Appoints Ryan Vestal as Chief Financial Officer

Eagle, ID – 01/15/2026– Pacific Crest Services (PCS), a national insurance alliance dedicated to helping captive agents transition to independence and helping independent insurance agents grow and thrive, is proud to announce the appointment of Ryan Vestal as Chief Financial Officer.

Ryan brings 25 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience from companies based in the Pacific Northwest. Throughout his career, he has managed accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, legal, compliance, and tax functions across various organizations, with extensive experience scaling finance functions in high growth environments.

“I’m excited to join Pacific Crest Services at this pivotal time in the company’s growth,” said Ryan. “The independent insurance model is thriving, and PCS has built an exceptional platform to support agents in their transition and growth. With strong opportunities for strategic expansion through acquisitions, I look forward to helping evaluate and execute deals that strengthen our platform and enable us to serve our partners better.”

Driving Financial Strategy and Growth

In his role as CFO, Ryan will work directly with the leadership team and board to:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow strategies across multiple business units in 36 states.

  • Drive M&A activity including deal structuring, financial due diligence, and post-acquisition integration of aggregators and agencies.

  • Develop data-driven strategies that optimize profitability and resource allocation across the organization.

  • Evaluate and implement financial systems and technology to support operational scale and growth.

  • Represent Pacific Crest in discussions with external stakeholders including auditors, financial institutions, and potential investors.

A Pacific Northwest native, Ryan has spent his career working in progressively senior finance roles throughout the region, bringing valuable regional market knowledge along with his national-level financial expertise. When not managing financial strategy, he enjoys snowboarding and skiing with his family and friends, playing golf, and hiking and climbing mountains throughout Idaho and the surrounding states.

Eagle, ID – 11/19/2025– Pacific Crest Services (PCS), a national insurance alliance dedicated to helping captive agents transition to independence and helping independent insurance agents grow and thrive, is proud to announce the addition of Ben Howard as its new Director of Carrier & Agency Relations.

Ben brings over a decade of senior leadership experience in the insurance industry. He spent 10 years with AssuredPartners/Gallagher, where he held multiple executive positions including Associate Broker, Director of Marketing, Director of Agency Operations, COO, Sales Leader, and most recently Interim Agency President of a $17 million revenue agency. His extensive background spans Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, and Commercial Lines operations, giving him comprehensive insight into the challenges and opportunities facing independent agents.
